About Air Monitor:

Air Monitor Corporation is a manufacturer of air and coal flow measurement instrumentation since 1967, and is headquartered in Santa Rosa, California. We are a company employing 60 personnel, with annual sales of $12-$15,000,000. Other than sales and field service personnel, all functions are located in Santa Rosa.

Our products are sold into three distinct markets via separate groups of independent manufacturer’s representatives.

• Power. Air and coal flow measurement, primarily in fossil fuel fired generating facilities, contributing to boiler efficiency and emissions reduction.
• Commercial HVAC. Hospitals, laboratories, clean rooms, commercial buildings.
• Process. Any application where measured airflow is critical to a process. Fiber manufacturing, film drying, steel making, pharmaceutical manufacturing, pulp and paper, etc.

• Service Department Supervisor
• Full Time
• Location: Santa Rosa, CA
• Travel - @ 20%

• Supervise day-to-day operations
• Remote customer support via phone and e-mail
• Hands-on field service work and develop customer references
• Customer support and problem resolution

• Required: Field service background preferably with a company selling industrial instrumentation or systems involving factory technical support and repair functions, plus system start-up and on-site support of installed products. Must be hands-on, and as necessary, perform the functions of a field service technician,
• Highly desirable: Knowledge and familiarity with the power generating industry: Either having worked in that industry in boiler operation or engineering; having sold capital equipment to that industry; having worked for one of the OEM boiler manufacturers; and/or having worked for one of the large engineering companies that perform boiler installations and upgrades.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.

• Negotiated $60-80K.
