Building/Space Pressurization
With the most advanced technology available, Air Monitor products help clients precisely monitor or control the airflow in HVAC buildings and space pressurization applications for commercial buildings, clean rooms/laboratories, healthcare facilities, and much more.
Speak With an Application EngineerProper pressurization of buildings and indoor spaces is a crucial component required for the management of indoor air quality, maximizing energy efficiency (ASHRAE 189.1) and maintaining occupant health and comfort (ASHRAE 62.1). Lack of control in regards to pressurization can lead to a host of problems including the infiltration of moisture, cold winter or hot summer drafts, and doors that are difficult to open or slam shut.
Air Monitor offers multiple technologies to handle your building and space pressurization needs. We offer S.A.P (Static Air Pressure) and S.O.A.P (Static Outside Air Probe) along with our DP transmitters to determine the building pressurization. S.O.A.P.s measure outdoor static air pressure accurately with wind resistance accommodations. S.A.Ps can be used to determine space pressurization with our DP transmitters. Electra-flo SDs integrated into the VAV box ensures proper control of the area's air flow. Our airflow probes (Thermal or DP) can be used to measure supply, return air, and exhaust air. Our OAMs measure the outside air without being impacted by environmental conditions.
We work with clients to provide a complete engineered solution of indoor pressure sensors, differential pressure transmitters, outdoor pressure sensors, and airflow measuring stations for fan tracking, all calibrated for your specific building pressurization application.
