The ACCU-flo/NP combines a precision nozzle with a multi-point, self-averaging Pitot airflow measurement station. It provides high accuracy (±0.5%) flow measurement for process monitoring and control applications with little or no upstream straight run.
The air flow measurement station is available in either Type 316 stainless steel or carbon steel, with a combination of welded and bolted flanges, and can operate up to 900ºF. Applications include quench airflow, product testing, and process development.
LO-flo/SS Stainless Steel Pitot Traverse Probe
This combination air equalizer-straightener and self-averaging Pitot tube traverse station is fabricated entirely of Type 316 stainless steel with all welded construction. It is capable of operating up to 1000ºF.
The probe provides highly accurate measurement of low air volumes of 2 to 2000 CFM for monitoring, indicating, and controlling applications when coupled with ultra-low span electronic differential pressure or flow transmitters (such as the Air Monitor VELTRON II, MASS-tron II, and VELTRON DPT-plus transmitters).
Applications include dust collection systems, quench exhaust, fluidized bed dryers, pill coaters, and rotary drum dryers/coaters.
VOLU-probe SS – Stainless Steel Traverse Probe with Transmitter
These stainless steel flow measuring probes consist of multiple Pitot total and static pressure sensing ports positioned along their lengths to traverse the duct cross-section. The probes average the sensed pressures in their separate internal manifolds and provide velocity pressure measurement accurate to within 2-3% of actual flow.
Applications include quench airflow, fluidized bed dryers/coaters, and rotary drum dryers/coaters.
VELTRON II Transmitter
This ultra-low differential pressure and flow “smart” transmitter has an accuracy of ±0.1% of natural span. The transmitter comes equipped with an automatic zeroing circuit which eliminates all output signal drift due to thermal, electronic, or mechanical effects.
Applications include quench exhaust, fluidized bed dryers/coaters, and rotary drum dryers/coaters.

Pharmaceutical companies and makers of vitamins and nutraceuticals have a unique need for accuracy.
