The AUTO-purge III/CEM continuous emissions monitoring system is used in conjunction with the STACK-probe and the MASS-tron II/CEM. This advanced system ensures that the STACK-probe pressure sensing ports are maintained free of particulate matter build-up and condensation. Suitable for use in industrial applications, the standard AUTO-purge III/CEM construction mounts all components in a rugged enclosure for demanding applications.

Features and Benefits:

Automatic purging at regular field-selectable intervals. The AUTO-purge III utilizes short duration, high pressure (up to 125 psig) air to maintain signal lines and the sensing ports of the total and static pressure manifolds in a clean, unobstructed condition. The automated purge cycle can be programmed at user-selected intervals to achieve accurate measurement performance for the process flows with entrained particulates.
Purge cycle protection of flow measurement. The last transmitted process outputs are maintained for the purge cycle for consistent flow data collection.
Transmitter isolation from purge function. Solenoid piloted spool valves isolate and protect the transmitter while the high-pressure purge air forcefully flushes out all particulate matter on the measurement station or probe array.
